Return and Refund Policy

ALL RETURNS MAY BE REFUNDED VIA AN EXCHANGE FOR ITEMS IN STOCK, AND/OR A GIFT CARD. CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO BRING BARN RECEIPT. NO EXCEPTIONS. BANK STATEMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Exceptions will not be made to these policies.

Holiday, Sale or Clearance:

These items may ONLY be exchanged the same day they were purchased, in same condition.

Gifts and Hard Goods

Gifts and Hard Goods may be exchanged unopened and in good condition within 30 days. Defective items may be returned within 30 days, upon store approval. There are no returns/exchanges on fountains and large statuary. No returns/exchanges on pottery damaged due to weather.

Plant Material

Plant material may be exchanged within 2 weeks, in the same condition it was purchased. No returns/exchanges on Annuals, Vegetables, Houseplants or Hanging Baskets/Color Bowls.
